Our grass strip has one square of concrete needing to be shaved because our tree pushed it up a little. It is not a bad hazard yet. Also, just north of us, there's a sidewalk hole I fell in the other day. My neighbor is great and she has it on your city list for help to get it repaired. Can our own issue get city help to repair too? Or is it something we have to fix out of pocket?
