The next time these young ladies from Jade Forest Condominiums come running around here, we will call the police for disturbing the peace. Friday night at about 11pm 10/20/17 and Saturday night 10/21/17 about 11:45pm, they were running around and yelling. Coming through the broken privacy fence. Won't they ever fix that fence, or stop their kids from coming through over here? Having a lot of fun. So much fun they didn't see me follow them. They go to 17938 at Jade Forest, an upper unit in the end building. I went to get the address. They don't even watch, who is out and might follow them. Maybe the parents aren't home, just leave the kids alone? Is it a drug house where the parents are stoned? Can the city have Children's Protective Service look into this? These girls are about 12 or 13. Some of us have to get up early. We are tired of this and will call the police. Where are the parents? One of the girls is Kennedy, they call her.
