Just to clarify, the hole is primarily in the soil, not the sidewalk. This is a bigger issue because we have hundreds if not thousands of kids on our street Halloween night, and falling into that hole could cause injury. Will be hard to see it in the dark.

Actually I think the truck company is responsible unless it was a city truck, hope you got contact info for the truck.

No City services warranted. Abutting property owner is responsible for the maintenance of the right of way.

This house has been off and on the market “for sale” for the past three years that we have lived in NE. If the city will not repair the area perhaps some volunteers from HONNA can do a temporary fix. It is a hazard and eye sore for the neighborhood which hosts the city and other areas at Halloween?

Please reconsider opening?
