This is an unfortunate situation and I'm sorry you had to experience it. Our advice in this instance, should it occur again, would be to telephone the Marlborough Police Department at the time the offense is occurring. They can be reached at 508-485-1212. I'm going to close the issue in this particular forum at this time and ask that if it occurs again, you contact the Police Department. If the situation arises where you see a homeowner blowing debris into the public right-of-way, we can have our Code Enforcement Officer issue a warning. - DPW
