Information was just received from the Water Pollution Control Authority (WPCA), confirming that they have been to the location and their catch basin/storm drain and the street are fine. However, cracks and holes in the sidewalk is the responsibility of the property owner. Therefore, the City’s Public Facilities Department will send an Order to Repair letter to the property owner, to fix the sidewalk. Issue is now closed.
