Description

The signal timing at this intersection is very problematic. It appears that since the construction project began at the 9/27 Plaza, the signal is no longer actuated by detection and is on timed phasing. This is causing horrendous delays and queuing northbound in the AM peak hour, compounded by Wilson and Ben-Hem school traffic. The queues extend all the way south to Grove Street. I don't believe I'm the first person to complain about this. This situation has never been this bad. What can be done?
