Concrete sidewalk settlement utility. We will patch. Resident's responsibility.

This was not really addressed. A few bags of concrete were thrown down, but it is still in really bad shape. I broke my foot on this sidewalk back in February and would love to see it actually fixed. It is an accessibility as well as safety issue.
