Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. The curb and gutter adjacent to your property has recently been evaluated and is now slated for replacement. The curb and gutter replacement program currently suffers an extensive backlog and repairs are generally completed in the order in which they are received.

This poor lady has to step in this hole every time she checks her mail. Since you don't intend to fix the problem until 2022, can't you at least put some asphalt in the hole before winter THIS YEAR!
