Description
A dump truck backing on his property delivering
topsoil to his property broke his sewer line. He had a friend install a new sewer line, I see he now has (2) sewer line and drain caps. Is this legal?

We will have to do a site visit and look. Was the pipe damaged on property and was a permit pulled
