Could the city coordinate with Scavenger to explore moving the street cleaning day of the week in the Westborough area? Right now the street cleaning occurs on Tuesday followed by garbage day on Wednesday, often leaving trash remnants on the street for 6 days, until the next street cleaning the following Tuesday.
