Current closeup of attached 1000 92nd Ave - 3 more abandoned vehicles and trash emanating onto the sidewalk.

Trash made it out to the sidewalk as of yesterday. Today at 6:30 AM I witnessed a man carrying trash and depositing on this pile from around the corner at the adjoining address. People on this neighborhood are scared of these rat-hole-freaks! We need to direct our tax dollars toward enforcement and abatement.

The trash pile and the rats therein continue to spread and attract other unwanted participants. Neighbors too afraid to even look at it let alone report it. If you saw some of these unsavory thugs, you would be afraid also. Shame!

the vehicle has gone alas, a trash pile remains as does the illegal "breaking & entering" squatters living with no electricity, water or gas. Broken windows, boarded windows, trash continuously emanating from building and an endless army of "questionable & dangerous characters" lurking about. Nice job City of Oakland.

Nothing has changed thanks to the lack of effort by the city of Oakland. This property continues to be occupied by illegal squatters who have now illegally accessed (stolen) power/electricity (HUGE FIRE/SAFETY HAZARD) and have "accessed" (stolen) water elsewhere and continue to dump mountains of trash on the street at will. Not to mention illegal activities i.e. prostitution, drug dealing, stolen merchandise, child endangerment and worse. I have personally spoken to OPD who knows all of the above alas, this blight on out neighborhood is allowed to continue. This situation can only get worse. Who will take responsibility when there is a death or fire or worse? Nice going city of Oakland - If this were Estates Drive instead of 92nd Ave, this problem would have been solved LONG ago.
