It is now March 19, 2018 and everything is pretty much the same except the rats are getting bigger and more plentiful. Is there anything that can be done?

This house has trash and filth piled on the side and in back. When will this place be condemned?

I read the code officer's notes and it looks like there's a hearing scheduled for March 28. It also appears that there are fines accumulating against the residence. There has been hearings set up in the past and they have not shown up. If they are unable to do the repairs and are unable to pay the fines, what happens from here? They also are delinquent with the property taxes (2 years) and the utilities are on and off. Will we get any relief in the near future?

Why isn't the city doing anything about this abandoned house thats yard is completely overgrown??
