No change dogs are constantly barking and jumping on the fence and.....reaching over the fence trying to bite pedestrians walking on the public sidewalk.

No change the city and county will wait until these dogs bite someone or worse.

Between the aggressive dogs and the constant barking the beat goes on.

I did reach out to the new Director of Ingham County Animal Control and this was Jodi reply:
I checked with our dispatcher and we do not have any pending complaints at that address. Only one prior complaint could be found at that residence. That complaint was back in May of this year and was regarding the dog(s) acting aggressive at the fence line but not exiting their yard.
