The traffic light at Manley and Rt 352 and the light at Manley and Rt 3 are going to get someone hurt or killed. I travel this area twice daily on Manley Road and if I don't see at least one person try to beat the light and run a red light it will be two people.
I have reported this to the East Goshen Twp and they tell me it is Penn Dot's scheduling and is correct. It is an almost 2 minute wait at each light and you never miss either one of them.

this is a big problem. Even the light at manley at route 3 is off. Penndot should fix this. They prob do not realize how many people use this road now for the wawa. That light takes forever and only 2-3 cars get through.

I've noticed many times late at night, that the light at Rt 3 and Manley (as well as the light at Rt 3 and Westtown Rd) will turn red for Rt 3, even if there is no cross traffic waiting. It turns green again in about 2 seconds, but it's a pain in the butt to have to slow down or stop for such nonsense when there's no cross-traffic this late at night. FIX IT!

I see no reason for the light to stay red as long as it does even when there is no trafic on 352. Please reset timing before someone gets tired waiting and goes on red and hurts someone.

This light needs to be adjusted.... it seems you have to wait a life time now.

The speed limit of 45 mph is too fast for this area. It is very dangerous for residents along Rt 352 to exit their driveway. Some cars travel at speeds of 55 mph and there has been lots of accidents and even deaths in this area. Please change the speed limit to 30 mph, this is not a highway, but a residential area

I WANT TO KNOW HOW TO CONTACT PENN DOT ABOUT THIS PROBLEM. THIS HAS BEEN ON GOING FOR A VERY VERY LONG TIME AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. wHAT GOOD IS THIS SITE ANYWAY. PEOPLE ARE RUNNING THESE LIGHTS DAILY AS THEY DON'T WANT TO WAIT THE LONG TIME FOR THESE LIGHTS TO CHANGE.

Please, please have the East Goshen police, Penn Dot , the PA Supreme Court, ANYONE that can get the timing on this light changed do it!! There is such a backup of cars in the morning on Manley Rd. that are exiting from Wawa, exiting from the apartments or just trying to get onto 352 that cars trying to get into the corporate center can't make their turn either and then the traffic backs up even more.

I spoke to someone at East Goshen Twp and they tell me it is PennDot that
