  Oakland is well aware of this issue. The road has erosion damage, the drain is usually blocked, the walk way at the crossing is dangerous, drivers must make a wide turn onto a narrow street to avoid the sunken roadway. This issue has not been addressed in the 5 years I’ve lived here, yet the other end of the block just got new corner ramp and cement drainage improvement that was arguably unnecessary. Please get your staff out to investigate this and stop delaying action.
