At the Community Center where a bunch of kids go, City of Tukwila NEEDS to address this issue! Same motorhome was at Dawmish park for 3weeks before the city got on them. UNEXECPTABLE!!!!!
Hello. I am the person who owns this RV. No, it is not abandoned and yes, it is parked by the Community Center "where a bunch of kids go", including my own. Exactly what is it that you think is unexceptable about having an RV parked near a Community Center that a single mother and her two young children reside in? Who, by the way, despite the ignorant comments written in previous complaints listed on this site, by those who took it upon themselves to write slanderous comments about someone, they have never met and know absolutely nothing about, does not use drugs nor drink alcohol, and not because I have a current or previous problem with either. Speaking of ignorance, its Duwamish Park, not Dawmish.
@singlemotherof2, I'm not interested in arguing about this subject, but I will say that you lived for weeks along the river, then moved to the park in which my kids were spoke to by someone in the rv which creeps them out when strangers talk to little kids, and now the CC where I hope for your sake a semi dont rear end you while you and your kids are in it. Its a trashy look for our city, and regardless of the reason your in the position your in maybe a rv park or a KOA is a better place to live in your motor home at. Lucky for me I'm intitled to my opinion and if the city officals agree, you'll be moved. If not enjoy. I also hope your dumping your waste in the proper locations and not leaving a mess behind as most in your same situation does not to sterotype it's just true. Lastly thank you for correcting me on my spelling, I havent had a grammer corrector sense high school and I appreciate the flash back. Have a great day.
Since you know where I have been parked and everytime I have moved all summer, then you know perfectly well that I have not left any trash behind, in fact I have cleaned up trash that was already at each location. When we were along the river by Poverty Hill Preserve I filled two large garbage bags with trash left by others. And of course I am dumpimg my waste at the proper locations, if I wasn't everyone within a mile radius would know it. And the only children I spoke to while we were parked on the backside of Duwamish Park were the children that my children played with who had come to ask if they could come out. I would never have spoken to a random child for no reason.
And stop accusing ppl who live here and paid the taxes for the very sidewalk your allowed to park on of being ignorant, some of them are valid complaints.Peraonally,I care less, but being a recreational vehicle parked too close to a crosswalk is in it's self an ignorant act.If you care so much about other people, why are you introducing even the slightest amount of danger.
