No License Plate, abandoned vehicle on an empty lot. Brown rusty old Cadillac with used tires all around it. Grass grows up around it and it's an eyesore to the neighborhood and attracts snakes and rodents.

I have not had any response from the city using this site. When I lived in DC the city actually monitored SCF and responded to issues.
