Operational issues observed at at the subject intersection by SHA inspector. He noted that vehicles that are turning onto Wesley Lane are having to encroach into the left outbound lane due to cars that are parking along inbound Wesley as well as a school bus that parks there for an hour or so in the mornings. He noted that there have been several close head on’s in the outbound left lane.
