Description

There are 2 temporary plastic/fabric dumpsters at the curb in front of 508 Freeman Street. They have been there for weeks and are now overflowing with garbage and blocking storm drainage from properly flowing down the street. The standing liquid is starting to smell.

What kind of more detailed information do you need?? The pile of garbage is enormous, it is in the street and it is in front of the address in the initial post. There has been more trash piled on since the issue was reported and there is liquid of some sort backing up in front of the adjacent property.
