here we go again... a few years back with had this problem... they moved away... but new tenants move into the area... and the questionable activies increase.... two houses in the 300 block of oak and the yellow one on the corner - upstairs apt.... some nights you can get a contact buzz from the smoke in the air. the little baggies that are left on the ground for the neighbors to clean up has increased too... the visitors at all hours.... the traffic of these visitors and tenants between these three locations... very questionable..
