3 vehicles parked in alley between Adams Mill Rd NW and 19th St NW, 3100 block. It's even more difficult because one of the violating vehicles is parked across from a parking pad that has a vehicle protruding from the spot, which makes it very difficult for personal cars to pass and would be impossible for an emergency vehicle if needed. We have regular problems with people and contractors parking illegally in this alley.
