This is a serious problem on Regent Street, big ponds of water on the street that linger and smell terrible.

The stench from the ponding on Regent Street is truly disgusting. There are several ponds, and they are deep enough that they don’t dry out, even after many dry and sunny days.

Is the city going to address these health hazards any time soon?
