Description

I'd like to clean up our neighborhood, in the Northwest corner of Shady Banks. Our neighbor owns multiple properties surrounding us and rents them out for next to nothing. These properties are not kept up with no landscaping, one house rents out to someone to store boats on their yard. It looks like the slums here and it shouldn't be that way. We are located on the New River 5 minutes from Downtown Fort Lauderdale. This has the potential to be a nice neighborhood.
