3 Courville containers have been in the street since at least last Friday.
All 3 are missing lids and rodents have been seen dragging trash out of them, and startling pedestrians passing by.
This is a persistent issue at this residence.

It would be GREAT if our so-called "Community Leaders" would set an example of being "GOOD NEIGHBORS", instead of contributing to our blight and health challenges, but some choose to do whatever they want, and use their connections to do so, and then complain about "Community Supporters".

Can you please inform us as to whom the enforcement of defective Courville containers falls?
Sec. 22-2-37. - Defective and unapproved containers.
No defective or unapproved container shall be used for the storage of domestic, commercial solid waste, or industrial site solid waste. After notice has been given to the occupant(s), owner(s) or responsible party to cease such storage and dispose of the same, such defective or unapproved container(s) may be collected by the Department of Public Works.
