this owner has gotten the power company to install a very bright light on the pole at 2360 3rd ave north in the alley it baths the owner to the north back yard back of house so there we go again a light trespassing issue only these are bright LED being the owner at 245 24th street paid to have the light installed and paid for the power usage its his light. So how much light does this alley need and the owner at 2360 3rd ave north wrote to Mr Hallmark "why not get some more lights there is a dark spot in my side yard you missed" His reply was Only if I receive another letter from the City of St Petersburg.So it seems the owner at 245 24th street north has now threaten the neighbor to the north and you the city has turned a blind eye Does this effect nature and other neighbors
