Description

This is a horrible intersection for pedestrians (crossing from one side of 13th st to the other). There are signs in the crosswalks saying to stop for pedestrians, which drivers rarely obey. Often I will be in the middle of the crosswalk, with cars going past me in both directions. This has been ongoing for years. I selected that it happens in the morning, but it occurs at all hours of the day. This intersection either needs an actual stop sign, a speed bump, or a traffic camera to fine all of these drivers.
