Walking back to my apartment at 8pm only to find 2 teenage males in ski mask's stealing 3 bikes from outside C.O. Jones. I shouted and tried running after them but they took a left at Humphrey and went under the bridge. I called the police to notify them but said there was nothing they could do. They cut the locks with wire cutters so keep an eye out on your bike's if your leaving them chained up outside.
