Agree. Huge safety concern for children and pedestrians.

I constantly worry about getting hit by a car when walking my dog down Sunday Knoll. There are a lot of pedestrians and children on Sunset Knoll and cars always fly up and down the street regardless of who is out there.

No! Speed bumps unnecessarily strain vehicle suspension and wheel alignment and speed cameras are just another form of taxation. You need to better supervise your children and/or be more aware of your surroundings instead of relying on government to fix everything for you.

Speeding is a problem on Sunset Knoll. People continue to exceed and in some cases double the clearly posted legal speed limit in a rural residential area putting the lives of pedestrians at risk.

The issue is irresponsible drivers in the neighborhood not supervision of children. There is a speed hump much further down the road and there is no reason why they can’t put one near Stone/Green to help slow traffic.

The speed bumps further down are totally ineffective at curtailing speeding. They are a total waste of time and money, and only serve to annoy the rest of us. People who drive recklessly don't even slow down for them. I walk my dogs the length of Sunset Knoll daily. It's certainly annoying when people blow by (or run the stop signs at Inverness, for that matter), but it's silly to punish the entire community for a few bad drivers.

Still needs to be taken care of. It is unsafe. A speed camera would deter drivers from speeding.

25 mph is not notest by the drivers of are neighborhood the speed bumps all good but was told that their was not enough homes on sunset knoll rd but now we have three more homes so lets try again thank you

Some people do drive to fast on Sunset Knoll, but the speed bumps are a waste of time and simply don't work. People who don't care about the speed limit don't slow down for the bumps either, as evidenced by the two further down. Idiots are going to be idiots, no matter what you do.

A speed camera may be a better alternative. Could this be something the community puts in and fines that are generated can go into the Magothy Forge Community funds and could be used to offset the Community fees that are pushed out at the beginning of each year in our taxes? That should force people to slow down while alleviating wear and tear on cars while also forcing those that continue to break the law to pay fines which in turn lower our HOA fees yearly.

To date still zero action has been done to fix this issue. Are we waiting for a person to be hit by a speeding vehicle to have something done? This is ridiculous!

A traffic study was performed in the spring of 2017 and no speeding or traffic abnormalities were found.
