Hello. Located on the Bay water front directly across the street from 2601 Harbor Bay Parkway is a big square homemade fort that someone made out of palm leaves and driftwood. People have been using the fort every day. It has a wood bench for sitting too. There is a concern of what / who is hiding inside the fort. They have also been moving the harbor rocks into a pile there.
