Thank you for making the City of Allegan aware of this issue. We will review this issue and confirm that there is an ordinance violation.

If there is an ordinance violation, the resident and/or property owner will have an allotted amount of time per city ordinance to correct the issue. If the issue is not corrected, a municipal civil infraction may be issued.

Junk, trash, and junk machinery covered by tarps have been identified on the property. Owner of record will be given until May 30th to remove junk.

Progress has been made at 660 Hickory. 10 more days will be allotted for clean-up.

Yard has been cleaned. All junk and brush has been removed from the side yard. Wood has been stacked and shielded from view.

The City of Allegan has addressed this issue with the resident and/or property owner and believe the issue is now resolved.
