speed bumps are desperately needed on the odd side of Russell Street between Clifton and Hemingway. Drivers constantly speed down the street (cars sometime get side swiped and lose their mirrors) because the street slopes down toward Hemingway Street, the even side of the street slopes upward toward Clifton Street., and is where the bus goes. Even a blinking light at Wood Hill Street would help, with an increase in police presence. This is very dangerous for the children and elderly people who live on this street.
