Description
There have been multiple times that I have sat at this light for over five minutes with no traffic coming across Hayden waiting for this like to change. It is rather infuriating! It would be great if you fix this light so that it runs more efficiently and it's time to better with the surrounding lights, especially from Scottsdale Rd.

Could you let me know when you see this problem? We run different timing plans throughout the day. It helps narrow it down.
