Yes, I saw the traffic signal crew working on the traffic light at isle of palms too, they did do something to the light at 117th, much longer now with no traffic triggers for cars waiting to turn off of 117th on to gulf blvd. if they are going to extend the time, at least install a trigger so we dont have to wait forever when no cars are going down gulf blvd...
