hi sir. On 11/04/17, I parked my car in southcerter mall that someone hit my car and run away. This is my first time that someone hit my car but I don't know how to do it. I was sent it report to police department but they said I sent it wrong. Is it my report too late from the accident happen? On 11/04/17, in afternoon I went shopping in the mall after that I went back to my car and I saw my bangber and two right side doors were damaged. I didn't take a picture when the accident happen because this is my first time to meet this problem. I went home and told my falimy member what's happen to my car and then they tell me call my insurance agent the accident and ask him how to do that. After that he told me need to told to police first.I know how to do that on next time but I don't want this problem again. thank you,sir.
