First of all - Thanks to PennDoT for changing the arrangement of the lights for traffic going east on Rt 23 and north on Rt 113.
NOW, if only they would put in some rumble strips and paint some 'yield' signs on the road for traffic going south on Rt. 113 at this intersection with Rt. 23.
It seems that drivers in Pennsylvania cannot comprehend the meaning of the word 'Yield'. Some think it means the same as 'Merge', others don't even think.

And a thank you to whatever department changed the timing on the lights in order for traffic to make the left turn from West Bridge to Nutt Rd.
Now how about some action on this one?

Perhaps more police presence at this intersection? The signs and monument are being knocked down quite often and there are many minor fender benders there. Sooner or later there's going to be a big one (accident). And with the possible increase in traffic if Rt 422 gets tolled the prospect for the big one will be sooner than later.
Hopefully this blog IS read by the Borough Works and passed on the whoever is in control.

And thanks also to whoever changed the timing on the lights. Cross traffic from W. Bridge St now has ample time to make left turns.
Now we only have to get working on rumble strips and/or 'yield' markings in the road where traffic going south on Bridge street makes the turn to Nutt Road west. How about it PennDot? Or Phoenixville Borough?
