Description

The cart path between Chatuachee Crossing and Howley Lane is constantly littered with large tree limbs and yard debris that TLA workers just take all the limbs and small trees and throw them into the vacant lot on the marsh. The owners never see this, of course, just all of us who traverse this path on a daily basis. I know the so-called two-or-three foot rule, and that is why the workers throw it just beyond that instead of picking them up and hauling them away.....they have been stacking up for years....not the first time I've brought it to the attention of whoever. Why don't workers have supervisors that follow up on their work or lack thereof?? This island 'ain't what it used to be'.....very sad. Also, the house right next to the path away from the marsh has had a piece of linoleum (or something) and a makeshift table and old cooler in their back yard for about a month now and there are no shrubs or screen of any kind. I don't want to make a complaint...they are sort of new...but I hope it will be brought to their attention. Soooo no good thing to look at when you walk that path, as many do on this island, not just those of us close by. We get asked all the questions. Thank you.
