FYI, rat patrol requires permission from neighbor to address their yard. If you can have them submit their own 311 request (along with as many other neighbors as possible), it will make the treatment of your own yard more effective. With the weather change, the rodents will be looking for entry to warmer places.

Understood, the other option is to write a quick note giving permission for Rat Squad to enter his yard to treat (at the same time as yours), and he can just sign so he doesn't have to be there or make a call to 311. Just trying to think of ways to help you get what you want. "Hey, I'm having the patrol come treat my yard and neighbors, would you like yours done too? Just sign here and they'll do it all at once." Patrol likes especially to do whole blocks at the same time and wipe out whole colonies.
