Description

There are abondoned cars , they urinate on the sidewalk, and so much garbage, this campment has been removed several times, but after two or three days they comeback, the littering has gone out of hand , the number of mobile campers have increased , the smell is terrible, you cant walk on the sidewalk becuase there is so much garbage and used bicycles and such things, sometimes the garbage gets on the road and blocks a part of the road , the sidewalk is totally blocked, in general it is just really bad.
