Tuesday is typically the lightest yard waste day that we have,and for us to rotate the days would be very confusing to residents. If you find yourself with more leaves you could bring them to the recycle Center during regular hours all year long.

The ask is not to rotate the day but rather the week each year. Why would that confuse residents? No one would remember the date of their pickup the year prior except us since it’s always the first week in November. If this is not something that can be taken under consideration here then let me know who to contact within the Public Works Department to discuss a more equitable solution for residents year over year.
