Basin tops were cleaned off on Wednesday 11/22/17.

Cleaning off the "basin tops" does not resolve the problem. As soon as it rained the drains were immediately fully clogged again and I myself cleared them and the adjacent 20 feet or so of roadside leaves and debris so the water would go down the drain and not around it. As I suggested before, either a street cleaner or leaf vac needs to clean all the leaves from that side of the road on an on-going basis until all the leaves are down.
