Description

SeeClickFix reported a work order was issued on 1/25/17 for Ditch, Drainage and/or Erosion Issues (#3165616). No work has been performed on this issue.

This storm drain culvert needs to be completely opened and a load of top soil is needed to bury the water meter, exposed water lines, cable terminal, tree roots, ect... before freezing weather arrives.

Winter is coming and the storm drain culvert has not been opened and my water lines are exposed to the weather. Burying the water lines is futile until the culvert is opened. Each heavy rain will washes the fresh soil and thus the water lines out of the ground. The water meter box is half out of the ground subject to freezing weather. The cable terminal is now above ground. The telephone terminal is in the path of the overflow.

Thank you.
