The flooding continues...slightly less than before. The trash comes down the road at 2 mph instead of 3 mph now.

There is so much trash on Atwood Place that it will soon form a dam and instead of flooding we will have a lake.

Atwood Place is now littered very heavily, the road partially covered with sand and gravel from rain run off and the vacant lots covered with delapidated heavy equipment, abandoned vehicles,and containers of crank case oil.
