Robert Heil, acting head of Code Enforcement, promised to revisit adjacent property and report back on March 29 and I should follow up with him on April 1. 5 efforts to contact him since then have gone without response. Crandall Jones City Manager sent an email on May 9 stating that Code Enforcement was going to go out that day to review the situation but that basically it was my responsibility to sue the home owners if I want to get them to do anything. Two attempts to contact Code Enforcement since that time to find out what they found have gone without response.

In the middle of May the owner of the other house fixed(retarred) his roof. It appears this has stopped my leak. I will wait one strong rain to be sure.
