Regarding intersection of Hurlbutt and Cannon Road. Will this intersection become a T intersection or remain a Y intersection. I am assuming new lines have not been put down since it will be paved soon. If it is not paved due to cold weather coming what will happen with intersection. Those cones will not last all winter with snow plows. If it remains a Y intersection with no cones it could get very dangerous. Thank you for your time in addressing this question.
