Description

Vacant building and rear storage not properly boarded. Have seen squatters and random people hiding/drinking in there. Also people are illegally dumping electronics and other refuse. The main "house" section not boarded up (exposed on M St side) and proves to be a danger if someone tried to access stairs/etc...
