This matter was scheduled for court on 11/8/17. docket # SF 330492. Note we waited several months for this court date. We have now been informed that there was no court on that date and housing enforsement is now waiting for a new date. I called the court this morning and left a message. It appears the city is dragging their feet with this issue while our neighbor does not improve. What is the mayor office have to say about this? I'm sure if this was the mayors blocks or neighborhood we would not have this ongoing issue. Please someone follow up consistently on this matter. action needs to be taken regarding the dying tree, mosquito infested lot, animals rodents and trash caused by this lot. Thank you.

This matter was rescheduled for a court date of 12/19/18 at 9 am in court room #6 docket # SF 330492. I did not hear anything about the outcome so I decided to make a few call to both Bob Keating the assistance director of housing code and also the clerk at court room #6. Bob Keating office had no information to give me on the current status and told me they would get back to me. I spoke with Petal in court room #6 who advised me that the action was dismissed on 12/19 but could not locate a reason why. She advise the matter was dismissed by the prosecutor by the name of Linda.
I'm now requesting that Bob Keating reach out to the prosecutor and find out why the matter was dismissed. We are three months out from spring and would not like this lot with mosquitoes, rodents, garbage, debris and dying trees to become and issue again. Thank you
