Description

There is a depression forming near the corner of El Camino Real and El Patio, near the curb. It is deep enough for a car to scrape. The pavement appears to be slowly undermining. Reading the prior USA marks and meter locations in the vicinity (am an engineer with PG&E) the depression is near the sewer and my neighbor's water service. There is a history of inadequate clearance in the neighborhood, as my water service on the city's side was in contact with the gas main. Please correct before we have a sink hole form.
