There is a large metal (?) antenna hanging from the roof on the backside of the house. There is a broken basketball contraption which has no backboard or net, just a base and pole. This is an issue each winter as they have it on the street and the plow trucks have to go around it, so we do not get plowed adequately. We have attempted to place it on their property, but it continues to be put back on the street. Now that it is broken, it can be picked up by the city. The tenants don't speak English, and the landlord does nothing to maintain this property. But the hanging metal object and the broken basketball stand needs to be addressed. Thank You!
