Please close this complaint. There are no leaves left in Oak Park to be collected by the city for the most recent fall season. It’s really annoying to keep seeing this complaint on the map.

City of Raleigh, please close this. It’s now summer and there are no leaves left in Oak Park to be collected by the city. We can't close this issue, because it's in Acknowledged status. It's difficult to see what real issues are going on in our neighborhood with all these old, resolved ones still outstanding.

City of Raleigh, you requested that the OP “re-open this issue and give us more detailed information on how to identify the location of the problem”, “if the problem persists”. I’m curious as to whether Mr. Dan Miglucci, who is the OP, provided such “detailed information” when he falsely reopened this issue using the name of one of his neighbors in Pine Hall Plantation, where he lives (he doesn’t live in Oak Park at all). There are NO LEAVES in the street here in Oak Park currently. You had correctly closed this and a myriad of issues also falsely reported by the above mentioned person just recently, and the Oak Park neighborhood was very pleased by this. Now this man, who doesn’t even live here has reopened them. When is this nonsense going to end?

Property was investigated 10/8/2018 and large pile of leaves was found at curb. Loose leaf collection does not start until November 5th 2018. Notice of violation has been sent to addresses stating to prepare the leaves correctly for SWS pick up or remove from curb. Property will have 10 days to correct the issue upon receiving the notice of violation. Will revisit property Monday October 22nd.
