Description

During rush hour, the light for cars coming from Cedar Grove to Barren Hill only stays green for 5 seconds! The light stays green for the other 2 streets [Hector and Barren Hill] more than long enough to completely empty the streets] Why, why, why?!!!! You get a back up now on Cedar Grove and only about 4 cars can get thru each cycle. How about just 10 more seconds...Please?
